Mountain Trailers Rental provide curtainsiders and flat trailers for rental to customers throughout the UK.

 

When do we collect information about you?

We collect information about you when you make contact with us, request a quote or further information and place an order for products/services. We may, from time to time, collect information about you when you voluntarily provide feedback. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

 

How will we use the information about you?

We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. We use your information collected from the Mountain Trailers Rental website, enquiries and account holders to personalise your repeat orders and to maintain the on-going service we provide to you. We also collect and hold your information in order to keep you updated about any changes to our service/products, products/services you may be interested in and events you may like to attend. Mountain Trailers Rental will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the company. Retention Policy

Mountain Trailers Rental will process personal data during the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for seven years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After seven years any personal data not needed will be deleted.

To access what personal data is held, identification will be required

Mountain Trailers Rental will accept the following forms of ID when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If Mountain Trailers Rental is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released.

Complaints

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by Mountain Trailers Rental, you have the right to complain to the Company Director. If you do not get a response within 30 days you can complain to the ICO.
